I have spent Hundreds of dollars on other ammo for my 30-06 and could never get it to pattern worth a darn. I was about to take it to a gunsmith and have it checked to see if he could find any problems but I decided to try one last ammo. That ammo was Hornady 150-Grain Super Shock Tipped. I will never shot any other round. After getting the gun sited in I was shooting groups that I thought were only possible with a cartridge like 22-250 (bullet holes touching each other). I highly recommend Hornady. It saved me a trip to the gunsmith .

This is the best ammo on the market. The Hornady round has less drop and more consistency than the Remington and Winchester rounds I have used in the past. It has good penetration and expansion without fragmenting. I used to hunt with the Core Lokt and the Silver Tip, but I will never go back.
