.22-250 Remington, Hornady Varmint Express, 55 Grain V-Max Bullet, 20 Round Box.

Every Varmint Express cartridge is hand inspected before leaving our factory, ensuring there are no cosmetic flaws and imperfections. Each cartridge is loaded to ensure optimal pressure, velocity, accuracy and lot-to-lot consistency. Hornady produces most of the brass for Hornady Varmint Express ammunition. All of the brass is chosen to ensure it meets our high standards for reliable feeding, corrosion resistance, proper hardness and the ability to withstand maximum chamber pressures. Like the powder, each primer is carefully matched to individual loads, and all are chosen for their ability to quickly, completely and reliably ignite the powder charge.

Premium polymer tip and streamlined design for ultra flat trajectories.
Match grade jacket design provides maximum accuracy at all ranges.
Explosive expansion, even at low velocities.

Great Groups : March 2010 : out of the box 1/8" at 100 yds and 1/4 " at 200yds. April will be field test day for Varmints in West Texas. Kablooey is the sound I expect to hear from the recieving end of the prairie.
