Have tried a few different types ammo for my model 29 SW and I can say that Hornady will be fired from my pistol from now on. Winchesters STHP 200 and 210gr rounds were not that bad but Hornadys 200gr XTP round did it for me, good brass, and for about 2$ to 4$ cheaper for a a box of 20 you cant go wrong there, even better if you buy them by the case.The gun shows cant even touch that price.Groupings were right on target and as always,time from order to your front door CTD comes through with flying colors....

They say every gun likes it's own particular ammo and this has proven to be the most accurate and consistent in my Winchester 94AE. The 180 grain XTP is a bit less accurate and, despite all the hype, the 225 grain FTX Leverevolution is all over the place! All good killing rounds and love Hornaday. You just need to find out what your gun likes best.

i've tried several brands of ammo for my .44 magnum revolver, but hornady is the one i wil stay with. this is extremely accurate, hard-hitting, clean-burning ammo. i've used both the 200 grain xtp and the 300 grain xtp and both are very good for both whitetails and wild hogs here in south alabama. this ammo is as good as it gets.
