I got two of these magazines. The first one was complete junk. It would not even feed one round reliably. Cheaper Than Dirt sent me a replacement magazine at no charge. That is great customer service! The second magazine I received feeds 12 rounds reliably. I have fired 48 rounds using it without one malfunction. I do not want to fill it all the way to 14 rounds because I fear the magazine spring is not quality enough to handle it. The magazine also does not seem to be easy to load into my rifle initially. I would not consider this a good reload magazine. I do consider it a good primary magazine for my home defense rifle. Better to have 12 shots than 9. You may or may not get a good magazine if you decide to purchase. ProMag needs to work on their quality control.
