This rubber recoil pad is a drop in fit for M4 style collapsible AR-15 stocks. It features a rubber recoil pad with a built in steel monopod. The monopod deploys to the desired height with the touch of a button and is finger adjustable for elevation.

This is a great way to steady your AR for the price. I did have to modify my M4 butt stock a bit by removing some of the plastic on the stock so the monopod fit more securely. All I did was took a saws-all with a metal cutting blade and cut a sliver of the plastic from the lower end where the sling eye is. For a more secure fit. Now it is pulled in to the stock more and is more stable. Thanks, CTD, for saving me $300 for a whole new stock with a monopod. 3 bullets because they could have made the monopod rubber deeper so as not to have to modify the stock.
