The shoulder straps are way too close together. If you adjust the pack to ride where it should, the straps cut into your neck because there is not enough room for your neck between the straps, and they are stiff and scratchy to boot. Also there are a few stitching issues such as the shoulder straps are not even sewn on securely, and there are many loose threads and "bird nests."
