5.0 Rating Arsenal like quality for half price! - 2/21/2014
Reviewer: Kyle C.
This Rifle is by far thee best gun CIA has ever sold. it's Made up of all Russian Izhmash parts(besides furniture and Trigger group) Including Receiver, chromed barrel, BCG, I got A Krebs Custom bolt locking Safety lever on my rifle along with a REAL Bakelite Magazine. These guns are an absolute steal for price, there's not many left, so if your after a quality AK74 get one before they're gone. Also CTD has super cheap Hornady 5.45x39mm Ammo. Can't believe the quality of this Rifle, Zero mag wobble. Just clean the bit of cosmoline and metal flakes from the conversion out and your ready to shoot a real Russian AK. I sure am happy, you will be too!

4.0 Rating Stylin' IZ240 - 5/14/2014
Reviewer: "Bob"
I took away a star for the following reasons: 1) The barrel was filthy. So much dust inside, as if it had sat for a year open in a warehouse. 2) The sight appears canted. 3) The Russian Quality Control pamphlet indicated that this particular one has a tested MOA of 132mm. That is over 5 inches! I was hoping for better, like 1-2MOA, from a top-of-the-AK-line barrel like this one. 4)The Russian WC Pamphlet indicated that it was manufactured in the fall of 2012 (I bought it Apr 2014), which means that its "1-yr manufacturers' warranty" is likely useless. 5) Izhmach (I know I misspelled)and RWC Group are stamped/etched on the receiver, but CIA included random who did the conversion? 6) Cheaper Than Dirts' sales policy was a major hassle: I made a mistake on my address, so CTD refused to process without an ID that matched my mistake, saying that they are afraid of fraud, but then they charged me anyways, refused to change my address or cancel my order, yet refused to ship until I had sent a picture of a new ID with the bad address. 10-day delay (for me to get a new ID from far away). If you make no mistakes then it will probably go just fine for you. 7)The metal guard around the trigger rubs uncomfortably against my middle finger. Wear gloves? File it down? I still gave it four stars because I am grateful that I could buy a quality AK 74 before they all get blocked from importation. I bought it on the mistaken hutch that it was my last chance. I'll just have to fix the sight, install a compensator and clean its barrel and hope to hit the paper target I aim at. Oh, also, its magazine was nice surplus quality. Looks like its from the picture.
