Reviewer: disappointed
The touchpad wouldn't open the door. The code was accepted and the latch would click, but it wouldn't open. The key would open it. After trying different things, I discovered that if I pushed down hard on the top of the safe, the touchpad would open the door. I had to bend the latch up just a little, then it would finally work. Also, the screws that hold the electronics to the top of the safe were loose. Typical chinese quality.
