Ordered it Sat. afternoon, got it Tuesday. It was easy to swap out the stocks. The bayonet is a bit cheesy, but I guess would work in a pinch. Looks really good with a 25 rd mag in it. Like the snug fit on it all, even the magwell. Ran about 300 rds through it and had no hiccups at all. I bought this because my 6 year old couldn't shoot the 10/22 with the long original stock. She would have to put the butt of it beneath her underarm. This stock fixed that problem for sure. It fits all of the family, which makes for a better "family" gun. Don't pay more for something that costs more and weighs more as well. Right now, I am the coolest dad in the state ;~)

Overall, this stock is a great buy. Makes my Ruger 10/22 lots of fun to shoot. I found only two flaws with the stock. #1 the magazine release is a piece of crap - extremely difficult to move and use. The good news is you do not HAVE to install it. The standard mag release that comes with the 10/22 works perfectly with the Archangel. #2 The bayonet is PLASTIC! The only thing you will be shanking with that hunk of junk is watermelons. Anything else you try to stab will just break it. I wish that the stock featured aluminum m1913 rails, but at least the plastic ones get the job done. All in all, this stock has an EXCELLENT feel to it and I would definitely buy it again.

The fit is great, the feel is great, and it was very easy to install. Completely transformed the rifle. My two complaints are the bayonet/front sight is useless, but I installed an AR-15 style compensator anyway, and the two screws that hold the handguard in place stripped out the plastic with barely any force, but it still holds tight. All in all, I would buy it again.

Ordered this last Sunday, came to the house on Thursday of the same week. Put it on my Ruger last night without any problems at all. I'm having trouble with releasing and loading my mags. Kind of a tight fit. But other than that, everything operates fine. Just ordered an AR-15 carry handle with the peep sight and a forward sight a few minutes ago. Any one else have any problems with loading and unloading your magazines? That's why I only gave it a 4.
