Yeah, it's a great fit alright. Very happy with this handguard. I have a Bushmaster XM15 gas tube. It's great for the price. Not bulky at all and the weight is good. I called the company that sells this handguard. They were very happy to review it with me. They were also surprised I was getting it for about $60 cheaper new than the exact same one they sell direct. Installs in about a minute. Very easy, but keep in mind and I was warned about this. There are four screws to help tighten it down. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! Snug it all you need or you'll strip out the screw.

Awesome piece of equipment! Had my bushmaster outfitted with an Adams Arms kit, and this forearm fits perfectly as described. Another nice feature of this handguard is the price. I am a bargin shopper like most I imagine, and had a hard time finding one that was A: decent rail handguard that was not a knockoff piece of trash, B: fit an aftermarket piston kit, and C: not destroy my checkbook. This was the winner by a mile! Thanks as always CTD.
