I have shot a box of this through my S&W Sigma 40 VE. I cycles fine, no FT anythings. I only give it 4 stars because I can't really speak to its terminal performance, i.e. expansion. I does have less "pop" than some higher velocity 180gr HPs, but I think that's noticeable more so in sound than performance.

I have only bought one box of it and it loaded and fired perfectly fine in my xd service model.

This stuff feeds fine in my Walther PPS .40 SW. The reason it doesn't feed in your XD is the same reason it doesn't feed in my XD. The XD is very finnicky. There are only certain ammos that it will eat. Having said that I do not believe this Starfire ammo is very hotly loaded. the .40 SW 180 hp Starfire doesn't have as much "punch" as the white box Winchester 180 HP I've been shooting.

I liked this ammo although incurred slight feeding problems in my Beretta. I used a dremel polished the feed ramp and it never happen again. In all my other guns they feed perfect.
