I have these on any 1911 I've got, even though you have to do your own cutting for ambidextrous thumb safeties . It takes only minutes. They're particularly great for my Kimber CDP as it has rather agressive checkering on the front strap the rubber checkering is MUCH more comfy on your fingers

I bought these grips after much reserch. The grips are comforable, sticky, and are extremely well made. I put them on my Sig 1911 along with the Wilson Combat buffers, the total loaded weight of the pistol just makes it better
