I got this mag extension for my Sig P229 40 cal. because the ad said "2 ROUND EXTENSION" FOR THE 40 CAL., and I could only get one round. You may be able to get 2 rounds in a 9MM, but not a 40 cal.

Another quality product from Pearce at a great price. Easy installation and a perfect fit for my Beretta 92FS 9mm magazines. The extender would not install on Sig Sauer .40 S&W/.357 Sig 12-round magazines, however. The replacement sub-floor plate would not accomodate insertion of the wider spring in the .40 S&W/.357 Sig magazine.
