These grips are about 10% wider that the stock Makarov grips. High Capacity (10/12 shot) grips for the Russian models are also available.

Bought it for a Nickel plated Makarov. Solid fit to frame and comfortable grip. Some reduction in felt recoil due to filling of palm swell.
