The RC-130 low cost scale has many of the same quality features that you can find in our other scales. A precision machined aluminum beam means that weight increments are accurate and repeatable. You don't get that in a scale with a plastic beam! Beam poises are metal plates, just like higher priced scales. They're designed to be easy to adjust and to stay put after you set them. True magnetic dampening completes the picture to allow fast, stable, and accurate readings.

The critical beam pivots are steel on steel, not steel on aluminum like another company uses. The pivot bearings are cylindrical for the smallest possible contact area ensuring better accuracy. The RC-130 weighs to 130 grains with an accuracy of 0.1 grain. The sturdy base and easy to read index bar are molded from tough ABS polymer. The non static powder pan with integral hanger allows easy transfer of powder to the cartridge case.
