The description for this product was recently changed by CTD. "GLOCK factory high capacity drop free magazine. With 'number 6' followers, ambidextrous magazine release cut on the front of the magazine tube and no restrictive marking. NOTE: Does not have left and right magazine catch notches." I have a GEN 4 and the mags that came with the gun and the two I received from CTD are identical. Maybe some old style mags were shipped to G4 owners so CTD is covering themselves? I tried to prove if Glock changed part numbers for the G4 mags, but couldn't find anything solid. Most likely, they did not and this is where the confusion comes from. NOTE: as long as you do not change the mag release to left handed, older pre-G4 mags will work fine in a G4 gun. What mags will you get if you place an order, I have no idea. CTD's prices rock and they ship fast.
