The Midwest Industries Flip Up Front Sight Gas Block Mount Model uses a standard AR15 A2 style front sight post. The tall flip up front sight mounts to a Short Picatinny Rail Gas Block that sits below the mounting plane of your RIS Rail Forearm and Rear Iron BUIS Sight plane. This front sight automatically locks in the raised position with a robust locking detent button and folds to the front in the down position. Constructed with 6061 aluminum and hard coat anodized for a lifetime service. Also works with DPMS Sportical.

Worked as stated and fit perfectly on my sportical (if you read the directions and mount it said that it folds forward). I gave it 4 bullets because I haven't shot it yet. I also upgraded to an AmeriGlo tritium pin and dot set that also worked well.
