I feel so stupid for not checking user group forums first before buying this item. I purchased two of these and both of them will only fire one round before jamming. The factory 10 round magazines worked without a hitch and I was using name brand ammo. After checking the Hi-Point forum, I found that most people that purchase these have the same issue. I can't understand why ProMag would do this! I have several of their other products and they work great. This problem has been known for several years, yet they haven't fixed it! To get these to work properly, you have to MODIFY your rifle! Since this is one of our SHTF rifles, I wanted something reliable with more rounds. Hi-Point is supposedly coming out with their own hi capacity magazine in 2013, so I will have to wait!
