Bought this holster for a Colt Commander. Fits great, rides nice and high on the hip. However, retention strap will not snap if you carry your 1911 with the hammer back. Who carries a 1911 with the hammer down? If I got killed because Bianchi thinks I shouldn't carry cocked and locked, will they support my family? Took an X-Acto knife to it the first day.
