I bought a few of these and ran them through my CETME and have had zero FTF or FTE. Once I got my sight zeroed, the rounds were very accurate. The steel case doesn't expand and comes out of the chamber well. As for them not being reloadable, since the gun DESTROYS brass anyway, NBD.

This ammo was surprisingly accurate for the price (though it could be more the gun that I was using). It also seems relatively clean (though I only fired about 100 rounds). It also cycled well through my trusty FNAR. My only concern was I had my first FTF ever with this ammo. The primer was struck well and dead center. However, it is not fun taking a live round out of your gun with a struck primer (this only happened once on the last round in my mag). I would rate this closer to 3.5 bullets but rounded down due to the FTF. For the price, this is good ammo. It's accurate and feeds well (with the above FTF caveat). Keep in mind, you cannot reload this ammo (I don't reload, so it is a non-issue for me). Hope this review is helpful.
