Ultramax ammunition represents serious quality for serious shooters. Since their birth as a company in 1986, Ultramax has used a 10-Step Quality Assurance System to provide the best ammunition possible to hunters and shooters alike. This system includes loading ammo to SAAMI specifications and a visual inspection of all loaded cartridges before they leave the factory.

All Ultramax remanufactured ammo also goes through the 10-Step QA System. Once fired brass is inspected for flaws and is cleaned to clear the primer pockets and flash holes from any debris. Ultramax also sizes each piece of price to the same SAAMI specs as new brass. Remanufactured ammunition is loaded with mixed head stamped brass. The ammo is non-corrosive in boxer primed, reloadable brass cases.

Nosler's Ballistic Tip Bullet was designed for violent expansion for the most amount of damage upon impact. Tipped with polycarbonate, it forces the thin jacket to expand and fragment to destroy as much tissue as possible. The heavy base prevents deformation during firing and the boat-tail design increases the ballistic efficiency of the bullet.
