This 2-Piece OverMolded Handguard for the AK-47 or AK-74 is made from rubber-covered fiberglass which offers the ultimate combination of comfort and durability. Modular design includes both railed and smooth top cover as well as 3 short sections of Picatinny rail that can be attached to the sides and bottom of the lower portion for accessories. Complete set allows a truly customizable handguard.

like it looks good but down side is 2 out of the 3 pre drilled holes on the bottom to install the picatinny rail were a little to big so after 3 shots the screws slid thru the hole out the other side. also it didn't come with enough screws for all the rails it came with, it would have needed 7 for all 3 rails but only came with 3 screws. think ill try adding an o ring to the screws and see how that works and go from there

This went right on my Polish underfolder with no problems. The grips look good on the gun. The only things that I didn't like were that the top handguards are made from plastic rather than having the rubber texture, and the rails that you mount are made of plastic, too. I don't know why they didn't make them from aluminum.

Bought this for my Norinco MAK 90, on which I have installed a SlideFire stock. It was the first time I took the handguard off the rifle and the new Hogue installed perfectly with no fitting required. I'm very happy with this purchase.
