The Barnes VOR-TX offers double diameter expansion, maximum weight retention, and excellent accuracy. The .223 Remington TSX is full of destructive power. The TSX is built for the maximum flesh, tissue, and bone damage available in a .223 Remington round. Multiple grooves in the bullet's shank reduce pressure and improve accuracy. Nose peels back into four sharp-edged copper petals destroying tissue, bone and vital organs for a quick, humane, and effective kill.

Bought these rounds to hunt whitetail deer with my AR. Zeroed them with my red dot, and they hold good groups at one hundred yds. Went hunting today and dropped a deer in its tracks at just over one hundred yds. Worked better than I could have hoped. Highly recommend!

I purchased these rounds for deer hunting with an AR-15 platform rifle, while I still have a couple months to go before I can hunt with these I tried some out on ballistic jelly and was amazed at the damage they do. I even tried, for fun, shooting watermelon, and created a 8 foot radius when the melon exploded, leaving the largest piece of rind no bigger than 1" x 3". I feel absolutely confident that these rounds will take down a deer with no problem.
