Bought 3 of these and it works great in my Springfield 1911 Operator. It even looks awesome as it extends below the grip. Only downfall to this is that it's silver(stainless steel). I should have bought the blued ones. I have an all black operator and the shiney stainless steel reflects easily in sunlight in my leg holster. Also, reflects when seated in my mag pouches on my plate carrier (unable to cover with pouch cover due to length of mag); Defeats the purpose of camoflauge when you have big reflective magazines on your chest. Other than that, they're great to have.
