The price and name prompted me to purchase two boxes of this ammo. I have used Winchester ammo for many years. I have a Taurus Tracker .44 mag, and I prefer to shoot .44 Specials in it. I shot 20 rounds one afternoon and spent 2 whole days cleaning the lead fouling from the barrel! Now I have a box and a 1/2 of this stuff, and can't give it way, much less return it. The problem is that "cowboy action" rounds are made of very soft lead. And it ain't easy getting the lead fouling out of the barrel, I promise you. Anyone want a deal on this stuff?
