Reviewer: APPLES & ORANGES
I am still trying to figure out how I came about purchasing this AMMO, reviews, on sale curiosity I can't remember. This ammo performed excellent in the field. I have a .270 7400 Remington Automatic. The first deer I killed was at 130 yds. The deer was hit behind the left shoulder and fell in its tracks like a sack of potato's. The round enter cracking the ribs and passing right behind the heart. The round didn't exit it performed to standard. I thought this maybe some kind of fluke or just a shooters moment. I was out two weeks later at 95 yds and another broadside shot presented itself. Once again right behind the shoulder and the deer didn't take another step fell in its tracks. If I wouldn't have seen it for myself I would have doubted it. The round performed exactly as it did on the first deer without exiting. I have killed deer with everything from a bow to a pistol. I have dropped plenty in their tracks at a close distance 30-50 yds. I have hit them up to 180yds with a 7mm MAG and seen them tarvel a couple of yds. But this is the first round that I have seen that drop deer in their tracks at that distance. I am definitely looking forward to trying them out on hogs and elk. Shot placement is of the utmost importance.
