This Remington Core-Lokt .35 Remington ammo is a great choice for the woods. It's loaded with a 200 grain soft point bullet which it fires at 2080 fps. It's a great round for hunting in dense brush.

Core-Lokt Soft Point: Soft point shape provides broad frontal area for high energy impact and rapid expansion. Bullet cores are "Lokt" in place to provide deep penetration. Jackets designed for progressive, reliable expansion to almost twice the original diameter. The Core-Lokt bullet design is the original controlled expansion bullet, and one of the most effective ever developed. Its progressively tapered copper jacket is locked to a solid lead core, promoting perfectly controlled expansion and high weight retention for absolutely dependable on game results.

Used the Rem. 35 to kill many deer and hogs over a 30 yr. period. 200 grain Core-Lokt. Recently shot two deer with Horadays new shell...one this evening, and I won't be using this shell anymore. Tomorrow I will be getting another box of Rem. Core-Lokt. Don't like tracking wounded game as a pastime.

I have shot these bullets for over 10 years and Love them! I have never had any trouble with misfires! I have tryed others and not had the same results. I would recommend these to anyone.

shoot it thru my Marlin .35 cal. shoots accurate of shoulder and better with good scope very pleased dropped my deer on the spot at 75 yards

Had two misfires out of the same box. It almost cost me the best deer of my life, big 11 point. Sent the shells to remington, they sent me a letter blaming the rifle. No trouble with other brands.
