This Federal Vital-Shok ammo in .375 Holland & Holland Magnum is a superb choice for hunters of dangerous game. It's loaded with a 300 Nosler Partition bullet which it fires at 2440 fps. It's an excellent round for taking down Cape buffalo, rhino, or elephant.

Partition begins with Nosler's fully tapered copper alloy jacket. This jacket is designed to rupture instantly at the thin jacket mouth, yet the gradual thickening along the bullet's axis controls expansion and curls the jacket uniformly outward at high or low velocities. The dual core construction of the Partition coupled with the special lead alloy core provides superior mushrooming characteristics at virtually all impact velocities.

Used this on lion, zebra, kuda...plains game.....fine load.Ok for Brown bear but super premiums a better choice for penetration. Not my choice for thick skinned game...period. Use Trophy bonded or A-frame for the heavy stuff,Norma also good.
