A patented safety mechanism separates the seating operation from the primer supply, virtually eliminating the possibility of tray detonation. Tool fits in your hand for portable primer seating. Primer tray installation requires no contact with the primers. It uses the same shell holders as RCBS presses; made of durable cast metal; and comes with large and small primer plugs and sleeves.
