I tested the water with one of these in my RIA M1911A1 in 9mm. Fit perfectly. The slide lock operated perfectly. And, best of all they functioned perfectly. Granted the proof will come later after I have fired a few more rounds with it but these 9x23 9mm mags will at least work safely in a pistol designed for the 9x19 round. I will order another.
