BARSKA's GLX compact mounted laser sights are designed with an accessory rail mounted conveniently under the laser. The T6 aluminum body allows for the GLX laser sight to provide a strong, stable platform to mount accessories to its integrated military standard picatinny rail. The GLX compact laser sight is extremely versatile in its mounting options. The built-in mount is a weaver standard compact mount with a stabilizing cross bar insert for added support. The compact mount allows secure mounting to the shortest of rails on handguns and rifles. Using newly developed high impact rated 5 mW compact laser diodes BARSKA has developed two compact laser models.

Bright laser mounted it to my AR. Kind of hard to zero in does not work below 32 degrees.

I suspect that most of the super happy reviews are from people who mounted and played with their laser and had not fired their weapon with it attached. I bought 2 of them at the same time. Mounted them on two separate guns. Both failed from recoil after a few shots. The two guns were a 9mm and a 12ga. The mounting requires that you place a metal bar on the slot cut into the laser housing and then delicately press it against a rail system while you screw it down with your third hand, really not that bad actually but if it comes off or you unmount it in the wrong situation you will loose the magic bar that is required for holding it on the rail. If you torque the mounting screws firmly it bends the case and then the slide switch won't work so you have to keep it dangerously loose. On the bright side (pun) before you fire a weapon with this laser attached and destroy the laser it is very impressive. So impressive that one could write a review immediately without using it on a firing gun or shining it outside in daylight. Would make a great laser toy if treated gently. Was not visible in OUTDOORS daylight on white paper at 20yds.

I want to say i love the laser, great intensity and color. Sighted in fairly easy on my sig sp2022, the only thing is the mounts on it are allen screws. not good if you dont have a holster form fitted for this and your handgun.

Received it in two days! Easy to mount, easy to use...especially love the option of using a pressure button or just the slide switch (I like the slide switch better). Doesn't look or feel cheap, and the beam is EXTREMELY bright. Adjustment is off a little, but manageable. Great buy for the price!

I bought this laser for my PX4 Storm and I could not get the laser sighted in at all. The laser was to far to the left. I adjusted the adjustment screw all the way right and the laser was still 3 inches of to center. The adjustment screws will fall out if u adjust them to much.

Bought one of these a month ago had it sighted in with my 10mm 1911 pistol. 3 shots inner casing (not threaded part) began to detach and pushed it back in and now laser doesn't work! Changed the batterys and still no success. Maybe it will work with lower cal. pistols, but my 10mm destroyed it!

The housing build appears to be standard quality toughness. The laser is VERY VERY bright and what I could expect from a $200+ laser. But a major con rendering it useless (at least on mine) was the weak and poorly designed adjustments. The laser was to far to the left and there is only a left & up adjustment. Meaning that there was no way to get it further to the right. It is likely that it was defective and I'm hoping the second one is better.

I have seen the green lasers for as much as a new gun would cost. This is a well priced laser and a great laser for the money. I was changing to a different gun and dropped it about 4 ft, and it still worked. You can light up the night with this thing. Thank you Barska for a great laser and thanks CTD.

I just got this and it was a too good to be true deal have a Taurus pt845 .45cal handgun it is 12 rounds I mounted this laser and I went to the range and after 6 rounds the laser flew off the weapon but the laser did not brake and it stayed sighted so that’s good but I would not buy this for any firearm. If you do, use lock tight, but it is good for paintball guns

I just installed the laser on my Colt 9mm AR15, fit nicel and is a great laser for the money. All it needs is to be dialed in. Only problem for me is it's not U.S. made. But, what is nowdays?

You usually get what you pay for but so far, so good with this laser. I can say this about it so far... The laser's beam is incredibly bright! Excellent daytime visibility. Mounting seems to be secure and tight at the moment, I have it mounted on an FN-FNP .45 Tactical. But I have yet to zero it at the range... I purchased this primarily for use on my Bushmaster, but couldn't resist mounting it on my new .45. I will try it out on both soon, and update my review then. If it proves to be a solid unit, and holds up to the recoil, I will purchase another one. So far, so good...
