It is the cheapest ammo available and it goes bang every single time. I've put thousands of rounds of tul ammo down range in various calibers and have never had a FTF. So for that reason alone it gets 5 bullets. Its non-reloadable so that is a drawback and it has got to be the dirtiest ammo I've ever fired but as far as that goes you get what you pay for. Clean your gun after every outing and it doesn't matter if the ammo is dirty or not. And if you are buying ammo for the brass then you don't buy this stuff anyway.
