I carry speer gold dot for duty ammo. works well with s&w 4046, and m&p. good ammo for the price..

I have shot probably two dozen different brands/weights from 130 to 180 grain rounds through my Springfield XD. And this stuff kicks like a damn mule compared to all the others. My hand gets sore shooting it. I still keep it around and feel comfortable carrying it but let the squeemish beware.
