Ordered this barrel and it did include the scope mount. It was not installed, but included in the packaging, on the back side of the blister pack wrapped tightly in plastic with the screws. These Rossi barrels will require a little degreasing before first use. They are well made with a shiny blued finish. I like the open sights.

Well, being a real fan of Rossi firearms since the merging of Taurus and Rossi under Braztech, I have to say that my boys and I enjoy the Wizard rifle. For anyone ordering this barrel, it DOES NOT not come with a scope rail. And you HAVE to get a Rossi/Braztech scope mount for all calibers over .22/410. So, if you order it, get the Rossi mount as well. WARNING: THE WEAVER 93A/94/94A's look like the fit, but they do not.
