I have bought both rubber balls and the rubber buckshot from Sellier & Bellot. Both have very small to no recoil. From range testing with my Remington 870, the rubber ball hits hard, but only to about 15 ft. The rubber buckshot on the other hand hit until about 30-35 ft. Another problem might be trying to hit a moving target. It would be much easier with the buckshot because of the spread, or multiple targets at one time. Both are dependable products, but I will be getting more of the rubber buckshot in the future. The price is higher but when buying specialty ammo that is to be expected.

Considering the price, I only shot a box of these to get a feeling on it. I fired them through a Mossberg 500. I got good accuracy and virtually no recoil. It is great for small women, but bad for auto loaders because I am pretty sure the low recoil won't cycle the gun. It works great in a pump. I already bought more.
