Remington's Disintegrator CTF utilizes jacketless, copper tin frangible bullets, the Disintegrator CTF delivers complete breakup at distances as close as 5 feet with no splashback, no jacket fragments and absolutely no lead residue. Disintegrator CTF bullets are formed from powder using a compaction and sintering process that eliminates the need for a jacket to house the bullet core. When these completely frangible .40 S&W 125 grain bullets strike a barrier, they're instantly reduced to dust sized particles, dramatically reducing the hazard to bystanders. Highly frangible design prolongs the life of target traps and backstops, and Remington's Heavy Metal Free primer offers the best shelf life available with a non-toxic primer.
