I bought this as a vertical grip for my Mossberg shotgun. It basically snapped in half after shooting about 20 rounds of 12 gauge 00 buckshot. You might get away with using this for little .22 or 5.56 but don't put it on anything more powerful!

This is a great product. I bought it for my WASR-10. It holds secure and fits the hand well. The mounting screw holds tight and what the description does not tell you is that the battery compartment has a wound spring inside to keep your batteries from rattling around. I would give it 5 bullets but the grip has to slide all the way down the rail and fits tight on the rail. That could just be my rail but you can make the call, this could be a blessing or curse depending on how you have your weapon set up. This is a great price and a better grip than what I was issued for my M4.
