I am of the philosophy that I "plink" with what I shoot. I have been into revolver magnums (.44 and. 357) since the 70s. I LOVE good ammo. This ain't bad. I have also purchased the Fiocchi/Hornady XTP .357 mag. Not complainin'. Waitin' for the first bad guy--or deer!--to step up for a real-world test! ;-)

I bought this for defensive use with my Raging Bull .44 magnum. Burns much cleaner than my reloads, and seems very consistent and accurate in my gun. Reloads seem to do well also.

This is truly excellent ammo for anyone shooting .44 mag...my top choice for thinning the hog herds, out of a Marlin lever.

I order 5 boxes of this round two and half months ago. I use a Ruger .44 Magnum Super Redhawk, 7.5" and Taurus Raging Bull .44 Magnum, 8.38" It has very strong punch sound and flash, similar to high grain round, that I love. (However, Always protect ears and eyes) Try it.
