Lined right up on my S&W MP15 it's lightweight and allowed me to mount folding front Troy Battle sight so the red-dot is primary with BUIS available.

It slid right on with no fitment problems. I haven't shot it yet, but the gas hole lined up perfectly. If you're mulling it over, get it, it's not that hard to put on.

Used on an M4 indexed barrel. Fit fine and sealed fine. Ran a couple hundred rounds thru the rifle and had no problem.
