I have been using one of these for a few years. I have probably "sold" a couple dozen to my co-workers. You can wear it on your belt and not worry about it screaming "gun" to others. I carry a full size Glock magazine as a reload for my sub-compact Glock.

I've owned and used it for at least 10 years. Rides nice and flat on your belt. Excellent velcro adjusts for belt size and also easy to take off and slip on any belt sized to fit through pant's loops. Access to mag is also secured with velcro and will make that typical ripping sound as you open it, but if you're reaching for your spare mag that's the least of your worries. You'll like this mag holder.
