The Streamlight TLR-1 tactical gun mount light uses the same technology that US special operations use. The TLR-1 gun mounted tactical light will not interfere with the balance of your gun. It is intensely bright, virtually indestructible, and is designed to attach/detach in less than two seconds. The one handed snap on and tighten interface keeps your hands away from the gun's muzzle when attaching/detaching the Streamlight TLR-1 weapon mounted light. The Streamlight TLR-1 is MIL-SPEC 810F performance tested, and is built to meet MIL-SPECs. The TLR-1 tactical light attaches to Glock rails and any MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail. got this light today and it surpassed my expectations. Very bright light, super easy on/off mount to gun. Ambidextrous toggle control at the rear. I have a Smith & Wesson M&P 45 compact and it fit perfectly. I would recommend this light to anyone. I can remove or attach the light in about 2 seconds. It's that easy. The tightening screw can be tightened or loosened with your fingers. No tools needed. A spring keeps the rail mount in a closed position even when the tightening screw is loosened, so you can pop it on or off your gun with no problem. It will even stay on the gun with the screw loose. Streamlight makes the best lights!
