Don't know how you can't figure our how to turn it on!! Just flip the switch up on the side. I love this stun gun! Bought one for the wife as well. The case it comes with is less than great, but you can pick up a universal one that conceals it better from any phone retailer. Hurts like hell, and would strike fear in any attacker.

I bought this for my sister to take to college and there are so many fake buttons that one can't tell what to push to get it to work. The directions say that there is an on/off button on the side but no matter what I do I can't get it to work. Don't buy this one.
