I bought the HK version and it was sold in a gray color. The color scheme bug me so much that I had to return it and was waiting to purchase it until it came black. I found out on youtube that the Umarex Colt M4 and HK M416 magazine were compatible. Well worth the wait when I purchase the Colt M4 magazine to find out that it indeed interchangeable and came in black. :)

I never had a 30 round mag drop from my m4, 22lr. If it had the rifle or magazine would have to go. I have 6-30 round clips and 2-10 round clips all work well, rifle rarely cleaned 2-yrs. old and fired several hundred rounds per day a couple times a week. Back yard range its fun to shoot.

If you have a Colt M4 22 long rifle imported by Umarex, then I suggest you pick up one of these maybe even two. The 30 round magazines fall out, and do not have a snug fit for the M4 22lr. These 10 rounders are a snug fit, and I have had no problems whatsoever with them. Highly recommended!

This is a great item to have if you do any prone shooting. The larger 30 round mag hits the ground. I have 2 of these and they fit well and work great.
