This optic is great. No complaints, except for one minor (or major depending on opinion) manufacturing flaw that made me unhappy. I wanted to mount this optic onto a KZ Aimpoint mount. When I tried to take off the stock rail mount on the RDS-1, I was only able to take off one screw. The other three seem to be held on with TOO MUCH Red compound Loc-Tite. Neither myself nor my local fulltime gunsmith could not get the three screws off of the mount without damaging the screws or the optic. Man was I let down. The KZ mount is made to be compatible with the iTAC RDS-1, Aimpoint H-1 & R-1, as well as the Sig Sauer micro red dot sights. Come on iTAC, I'm a fan, but don't put RED LocTite on the rail mount anymore!!! If not for the loctite problem this product would get 5+ bullets.

Mounted the sight on A Beretta U22 pistol, and had it zeroed in 10 shots. Now the backyard critters will fear me.

I have this red dot mounted on my MI AK-universal handgaurd mount, using an Arsenal SLR-107FR. I placed 15 (head-sized) balloons at exactly 100 yrds. I hit every one of them in a row + the 12 oz. coke bottle sitting on top of the mound. This sight rocks! I'm terrible with AK iron sights, but this sight takes most of the guess work out of it. Just put the dot on the target and fire away. If you miss it's because of shooter error!

Got this sight recenty. Holds zero, and it is a carbon copy of the sig sight. Dot is bright enough in the higher settings, and I leave mine on 9. It is now sitting on the top of a Kel-Tec PLR16 pistol. Thinking about getting another one for my yugo ak.

This sight is very clear and the different values of dot brightness are usable in different ranges of light but, this optic is VERY small, I had to order a 1/2" riser to bring the sight into my field of view with my cheek laying flat against the stock of my M&P15. Also, the brightness knob is ridiculously hard to turn and seems to stop between brightness levels. The knob is also on the left hand side which makes it difficult to get leverage on, the brightness knob should be on the top. I did not even shoot with the optic on so I cannot comment on durability, instead I will buy another optic, either the Nikon Red Dot, a Millit DMS-1 or an EOTech.
