The one that came with the LCP was too small even for my girlfriend's hand. So we bought this one and it makes a world of a difference. The gun is still too small for my hands, but that's why she carries it and not me. GREAT BUY!

Ok at best, cheaper than dirt? No. Jumped the gun a bit on these. Not the lowest price around. Lowest shipping option took 6 days. Doesn't really add much more than the factory ext. Ruger gives u. Looks kinda goofy too. Oh well I'll just keep it on a spare mag. Fits kinda odd too, not flush like the OG mag. Don't expect much and u won't be dissapointed.

The little bit of extra grip that this provides (over the Ruger extension) is great for my medium sized hands, my pinky is now firmly planted on the pistol.

It is every thing that it claimed to be. I even missed the part where it said two extensions per package so I got an added surprise! Really though I just put about 50 rounds through my LCP and it does really help with control and accuracy. If you have a LCP spend the money ,you wont regret it. PS.. CTD rocks!! best selection and prices that I can find, and snow cant even slow down delivery.
