I would have given it 5 bullets but........The 1st one I ordered was defective. Sent it in & took 2 weeks 2 get back a replacement. Needless 2 say I was annoyed 2 the max! When I did get my replacement I was quite happy though! I mounted this on my Mossberg 500,which works out great on it! Can't wait 2 get 2 the range and see how it works! CTD also gave me store credit 4 the replacement taking so long 2 get 2 me! So I gave it 4 bullets! CTD rocks! Always glad 2 do biz with CTD!

I bought two of these sights for use on both my ARs (flat tops). I picked them based on reticle options and the fact that it is listed as waterproof. The quality of construction is fair (China) and the function of all the adjustments is crisp with no slop. The optics are clear enough for a sub $200 sight. At the range, it dialed in quickly and held ZERO just fine. Reticle luminosity is adjustable from barely there to super bright making target acquisition with both eyes open very easy. The flip up lens covers are pretty useless though. They just slip over the ends of the sight and fell off repeatedly while shooting. I'll either secure them with something or just leave them off. Overall I'm happy with it. I'm sure $500-$600 sights have it all over this one, but for the money, this is a nice sight.

I spent 3 hours and about 90 rounds to realize this scope sucks, not meant to mount on AR-15 with handle can't lower it enough to even hit the paper sure hope i can get a refund or credit towards a real scope ..... just a thought it might work well on a paintball marker. This scope is meant to be mounted on a flat top rail with an additional riser for the AR, not on the carry handle.

It's really a very decent sight. I have had mine for over a year and have yet to need new batteries even though it was left on for 5 days by accident once. One of the better features is the 5 different reticles in both red and green that you can cycle through by twisting a knob. You can get anything from the classic red dot to a crosshair, to a donut with a dot in the middle. My main gripe is it doesnt work well with flat top AR's which is what I bought it for. The mount is much too short to get proper alignment and, depending on where it is mounted on the rail, the front sight can block the dot. Because it is so low, it causes problems with some back up iron sights. A great sight, but not for a flattop AR.
