Our club went to non toxic shot this year for upland game, I thought my favored 28 ga would end up in the rack because of it. Other non toxic shots are priced way more than I would like to spend. Win's Expert Steel was the answer; I have found their 5/8 oz of #6 steel about the equal of the 3/4 oz of lead #7.5's that I had been using. Pheasants and grouse fell as usual as long as the range was kept reasonable. If you want to keep that 28 ga shooting this is a good alternative to the other high priced non toxic shot shells out there.

I small game hunt Federal Refuges, and have not used my 28 gauge in years. Because of not being able to find steel shot. This ammo solved that problem and it patterns well. Also my experience with Cheaper Than Dirt is very positive. Great Shipping, ordered during Weekend and Arrived on Tuesday.
