I wish it held more than 5 rounds, but it's still better than busting your thumbs up. If you have an HK 91 or a clone, then you need this. For the cost of a Starbucks coffee, you cut your time loading magazines down by half at least.

I haven't used them with stripper clips but they work great without! I accidentally ordered 2 (how'd that happen?) but I'm not crying. Can't beat the price either. I think they need to fit tighter on the mag or the part that fits on the mag needs to be a bit longer.

I have all my 7.62 x 51 ammo on five round stripper clips. But clip guides for the G3/HK91 mags are few and far between. When you do find one, you have to bid against collectors for the item. I tried to modify the clip guides for the FN-FAL, but they never aligned properly. But this plastic mag loader works great. Place the loader over an aluminum or steel G3 magazine, insert a charged five round clip into the loader and push the rounds into the mag. Repeat as necessary until the magazine is fully loaded. Slick and fast.

Good Price, good mag loader. This can be used with or without 5-round stripper clips. Great for topping up mags in the field, using loose ammo. Just lay however many rounds you want (up to five) in the loader, and push them in.
