I bought this since Mini-30 owners have limited options. It seemed pretty good out of the package. As with any new mag, my first thing was to dis-assemble it, check the spring, and clean it. When I dis-assembled it, the locking tab broke off. Junk. Before you ask, yes, I followed the included instructions.

This magazine isn't worth the plastic it's made of. It doesn't fit into the weapon without an extensive break-in to wear in grooves in certain places, and when you finally get it broken in, it feeds terribly and causes jams regularly. The expanding feature is a complete joke: at 26 rounds, the spring compression is far too stiff, and extended to take 39 rounds, the spring pops out through the gaps where the locking tab goes when it the magazine is compressed. This product is simply a complete failure and Thermold should be ashamed of it. It is tempting because it's the only composite high-capacity magazine on the market for us Mini 30 guys, but take my word for it - it is a complete and utter piece of crap.
