Great bright light that fits perfectly in a 1" mount after removing a small part. (which is very easy and requires no tools) I get a lot of use out of this bad boy.

very good light,sturdy solid rugged. the one draw back would be that after you have light on for 10 to 20 minutes, the light gets very hot, had to use gloves to deal with the excessive heat.

Bought this light about (6)months back and found it to be a reliable piece with some Pros & Cons. Some Pros - Sturdy build, fit & finish, lumen ouput, decent hot-spot with adequate peripheral lighting, overall battery life**. ** While overall battery-life was more than adequate, the max output on fresh batteries is visibly noticeable. Some Cons - Tailcap DOES NOT HAVE A LOCKOUT FEATURE!!!, tailcap has a non-protected rubber cover, one setting (in retrospect though, knew that when purchasing), non-regulated output.

I bought this S&W to use at night races on pit road, and it is the best investment I have ever made. This thing will flat out blind you, so it may be a great defense mechanism for a female as well.

This is a awesome light!!!!!! Mounted it on my S&W M&P model ar15! I didn't have any problems with mounting it to the forward rail. I used a Aimshot 1" rail mount!

Light appears to be a high quality product by the looks, but can not be used in a weapons mount due to hex shaped end. The picture on the website is wrong. Look at the PowerTech website and notice the ends of the cheaper lights, that is what this light has now. I have no idea what type of person in marketing would have ok'd the design change, but they should have been fired. S&W = guns. Prefect product for the application, I thought. I guess I will order a Surefire, hopefully they haven't changed the design to make it useless.

I thought this would be a great but, maybe I got a dud, anyway, the threads attaching the barrel to the bezel stripped so I got that fixed and then the light after some .223 recoil completely stopped working. I don't now what to think because every single product I have purchased from CTD has either not worked or has broken. I am finding another dealer.

I ordered one, liked it so much I ordered another. One is on a duty belt, and the other is mounted to my ar-15. Very solid, and very bright. An extremely good light at a fair price.

This is well worth it.You might have doughts like I did.But after I got this I was amazed so was my father.I just got done ordering 2 more He wanted 1 to after seeing mine.I have two $130.00 stream lights for working on cars and theres no comparison.My stream lights are useless now.O yah the focused beam is set perfectly.You wont be dissapointed very very bright light.Dont hesitate
